Talent Harbor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects in the Baltimore/DMV region. This hands-on role requires ownership of project execution and close collaboration with project teams.

You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and documentation, review drawings, and drive solutions with subcontractors and vendors. Strong leadership, reading drawings, and on-site reliability are essential for success.

Formación

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience (3+ years acceptable for exceptional candidates).
• Experience as Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Field Supervisor, General Foreman, or similar field leadership.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Confident reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• OSHA certification required (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work 100% onsite and reliably commute to projects throughout the Baltimore/DMV area.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily jobsite operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
• Monitor safety, quality, schedule, and overall project progress.
• Review drawings, plans, and project documentation.
• Use Bluebeam and Procore to support field coordination and documentation.
• Identify challenges early and drive practical solutions.
• Work closely with subcontractors, GCs, vendors, and project teams.
• Help deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
