Job summary

Strategic Factory in the Greater Baltimore/DC area is looking for a Signage Field Superintendent to lead field execution from site survey through final installation and punch completion. You will plan the site, supervise crews and subcontractors, coordinate with General Contractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

This hands-on leader will identify issues early, provide hands-on support, and maintain professional site conditions, while communicating clearly

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of installing commercial signage with 3+ years in field leadership roles.
• Experience overseeing subcontracted installers and internal crews.
• Ability to read shop drawings and installation details.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and subcontractors for signage installations (letters, cabinets, monuments).
• Plan and document site surveys, planning, and logistics to prevent delays.
• Communicate with General Contractors, customers, and stakeholde rs to keep projects moving.
