Balfour Beatty is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our Davisboro, GA project team. You will assist the Superintendent by managing field activities, supervising subcontractors and employees, and helping keep the project on time, within budget, and in accordance with company policies.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of large-project or corrections experience, strong ability to read plans and specs, and a background in construction management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of corrections and/or large project experience.
• Two years of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
• Ability to read plans and specs.
• Proficiency using a PC and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Manage designated field activities for the project.
• Supervise subcontractors and employees on site.
• Assist the Superintendent to keep the project on time and within budget.
• Assist project administration, operations and close-out tasks.
• Promote customer relations on the job site.
• Support culture, leadership and employee development on site.
