Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our Davisboro, GA project team. You will assist the Superintendent by managing designated field activities and supervising subcontractors and employees, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery in line with BB policies and the Zero Harm safety focus.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years of large project experience and proficiency with plans/specs, plus a strong supervisory background and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; two years of direct supervisory experience in subcontractor management.
• 5-7 years of Corrections and/or large project experience.
• Proficiency using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read plans and specs.

Summary

At Balfour Beatty, we are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our team in Davisboro, GA. This role will assist the Superintendent by managing designated field activities associated with the project and supervision of designated field construction work by subcontractors and employees. Assists the project team to ensure the project is built on time, within budget, and in accordance with Balfour Beatty’s policies & procedures and the focus on our vision and purpose through Service, Talent and Choices. 30 hours of OSHA training once every four years, or maintain STS certification.
