Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of commercial construction field experience.
• Five years of direct supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to read plans and specs.
• Scheduling experience; P6 preferred.
• Ability to plan and maintain site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors' work and supervise field construction.
• Ensure safety and Zero Harm on the job site.
• Assist in developing project budget and preconstruction activities.
