Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5–7 years of construction project experience.
• Two years of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.
• Proficiency using a PC and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendent by managing designated field activities and supervision of subcontractors and employees.
• Support project team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in line with BB Construction policies.
• Manage project start-up and scheduling, and project administration, operations, and close-out.
• Promote strong customer relations and contribute to a collaborative project culture and leadership development.
