Job summary

ANDRES is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support day-to-day construction activities on a College Station site. You will focus on safety, quality, and schedule while coordinating with superintendents, PMs, and trade partners to deliver projects in Texas.

You will assist with safety plans, quality control using Procore, and daily progress documentation, while participating in coordination meetings and lean improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• 1-6+ years of experience in High Density Multi-Family / Commercial Construction.
• Quality Control experience with Procore or similar inspection tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site safety and enforce compliance with plans and regulations.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of trade partners and subcontractors.
• Document daily site activities and progress; support schedule tracking and reporting.
• Support Lean Construction practices to improve workflow and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with project team to resolve production issues and maintain quality.
