Andres Construction Services Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to drive project execution from preconstruction through closeout in Houston and across Texas.

You will partner with project managers, field leadership, and trade partners to manage cost, schedule, safety, and quality while delivering client-ready projects. The role emphasizes coordinating subcontractor costs, RFQ processes on Procore, change events, subcontracts and purchase orders, pay applications, and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-5+ years of experience in commercial construction (multifamily preferred).
• Must walk the construction site frequently.

Responsabilités

• Overall responsibility for successful completion of project, including punch list, to Owner satisfaction.
• Assist in training Office Engineers and Project Engineers per ANDRES Expectation documents/processes.
• Review and approve subcontractor cost estimates.
• Manage the RFQ process on Procore for distributing drawings for pricing.
• Assist in change orders/change events.
• Negotiate/prepare subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Assist Project Manager in creating the pay application.
• Maintain strong relationships with staff, consultants, architects, and ownership.
• Advocate safety as number one priority on the jobsite and enforce compliance with company/jobsite safety plan, policies, and all safety-related regulations.
• Consistently collaborate with field team to ensure management of project schedule as well as that processes are in place (i.e. Procore inspections, closing SiteAware issues, taking DroneDeploy pictures, etc.).
