Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Engineering or applicable degree required.
• Previous construction experience from internships, co-ops, apprenticeships, or jobs.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs and able to operate a computer.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with timely submission of logs, reports, invoices, etc.
• Review of submittals, dimensions & constructability.
• Project planning and scheduling using company's software.
• Assist in organization and filing of project-related documents.
• Plan/supervise craft activities including construction methods and manpower levels.
• Adhere to company safety guidelines.
• Maintain project team relationships and assist in mentoring new employees.
