Job summary

Andres Construction Services Inc. is seeking a hands-on construction leader to coordinate subcontractors, manage daily field operations, and drive exterior scope projects including masonry, siding, windows, doors, framing, and related work.

You will mentor teams, enforce safety plans, document progress, and coordinate with owners, architects, inspectors, and trade partners to meet schedules and quality goals. Strong field experience and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 1–6+ years of experience in High Density Multi-Family / Commercial Construction.
• Quality Control experience with Procore or similar inspection tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, manage daily field operations and uphold safety plans.
• Lead meetings with trade partners and coordinate weekly work plans.
• Review layouts, levels, and square installations for quality and accuracy.
• Document field activities and progress; support schedule tracking and Lean practices.
• Maintain owner/architect relationships and use ANDRES technologies.
