Job summary

Haselden Construction is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects in Bozeman, MT. You will partner with the Project Manager to deliver safe, high-quality work on schedule and oversee subcontractors, site logistics, and field coordination.

The role requires coordinating procurement, leading safety initiatives, and ensuring work meets plans and Haselden quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Ability to plan schedules and coordinate subcontractors.
• Strong safety culture and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CPM schedule in partnership with Project Manager.
• Oversee field coordination, subcontractors, logistics and site activities.
• Lead safety program, conduct safety meetings and risk assessments.
• Review drawings and specs to ensure work aligns with contract requirements.
