Jobot is seeking an experienced Superintendent for a Commercial General Contractor in Bozeman, MT. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 per year.

You will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and uphold high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing schedules, enforcing safety protocols, reading blueprints, coordinating teams, and communicating with clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory construction role.
• Experience in safety, time, quality, risk management and blueprint reading.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of construction to meet schedule and budget.
• Enforce safety protocols for a hazard-free site.
• Conduct quality inspections to meet standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings for alignment.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and staff across teams.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and authorities.
• Resolve disputes and monitor progress with updates to stakeholders.
• Seek process improvements to increase efficiency.
