We're partnering with a highly respected Helena MT general contractor that is looking to add an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to its team. This is a field-driven role for someone who enjoys being close to the work, building strong subcontractor relationships, solving problems in real time, and delivering quality projects from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading projects from mobilization through final turnover
• Managing daily jobsite operations, subcontractors, manpower and sequencing
• Maintaining and driving the project schedule
• Coordinating closely with Project Managers, owners, architects and trade partners
• Running subcontractor and field coordination meetings
• Identifying potential schedule or constructability issues before they become problems
• Maintaining high standards for safety, quality and site organization
• Managing inspections, punch lists and project closeoutKeeping accurate daily reports and field documentation
• Creating accountability among subcontractors while maintaining productive working relationships
