Job summary

Doss Enterprises, LC is hiring Construction Laborers to support field crews with general labor, site preparation, and material handling on active construction sites. You will assist foremen and operators, maintain a clean and organized jobsite, and follow safety protocols in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, capable of lifting heavy materials, and able to work in varying weather conditions while contributing to productive, high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform general construction labor activities including shoveling, raking, hand grading, material handling, and concrete work.
• Ability to follow directions from Foremen, Superintendents, and crew leaders.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with PPE requirements and site procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and uneven terrain.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as shoveling, raking, grading by hand, pipe laying assistance, concrete work, and site labor.
• Support equipment operators, truck drivers, and skilled trades as needed.
• Follow Foremen and Superintendents' instructions accurately and promptly.
• Maintain productivity and keep the jobsite clean and organized.
