Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, 2–4 years of general labor or construction experience, and OSHA 10-Hour certification with OSHA 30-Hour preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience in general labor, construction, or related field.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required; OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general labor tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
• Follows established safety procedures and uses required protective equipment.
• Assists other team members and trades with assigned work to support project efficiency.
• Inspects work areas and materials for safety and quality, reporting issues as needed.
• Maintains tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and functional condition.
• Communicates task progress and challenges to leadership to facilitate effective workflow.

Education

2–4 years of experience in general labor / construction

OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification

OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification (preferred)
