Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced project management professional to lead scope development and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for the Monroe project under Huntsville Main division. You will coordinate with base team, architects, subcontractors, and owners' reps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program with at least 4 years of related experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, scopes of work and schedule.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and lean construction methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to build relationships.
• Proficient with computer applications and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues related to plans and specs to avoid delays, coordinating with architects, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Manage project budget through Change Order process and track productivity data.
• Apply knowledge of estimates, contracts, and subcontract documents to ensure alignment with drawings.
• Ensure timely release of materials and equipment to meet schedule; publish delivery dates.
• Collect invoices and assist with pay application development and time sheets.
• Develop reports for ORM, Profit Plan, and CAB.
• Distribute schedule and scope details to relevant parties.
• Manage submittals and shop drawings and resolve conflicts.
• Negotiate change orders and prepare quantity analyses and approval.
• Oversee closeout, prepare RFI's, warranties, O&M manuals, and as-builts.
• Supervise staff and approve timesheets.
• Prepare Scope of Work for trades.
• Develop General Conditions items, labor, safety, CO logs, quality control reports.
• Schedule and manage meetings for subcontractor coordination.
