  • Value Engineering & Risk Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential project risks early in the design and planning phases
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field (Required)
  • Experience: 5-10 years of professional construction management, estimating, and scheduling experience (Required)
  • Sector Expertise: Proven track record working on schools (K-12/higher ed), healthcare facilities, federal government and public sector buildings (Preferred)
  • Certifications (Preferred):
  • Certified Professional Estimator (CPE)
  • Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP)
  • Software Proficiency: Strong expertise with industry estimation and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam Revu, RSMeans, Procore, or similar tools)
