O’Neil Construction seeks a Mid-Senior Level Estimator to lead estimating activities and mentor junior staff. The role covers preconstruction, budgeting, and cost strategy across hospitality, multifamily, commercial, healthcare, K-12 and higher education projects.
You will present budgets, lead design discussions, and influence decisions with real-time cost input while guiding the estimating team toward best practices. Bachelor’s degree and 5–10+ years of experience are preferred.
