Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional construction management, estimating, and scheduling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and cost analysis for public building projects nationwide.
• Create and maintain detailed CPM schedules; monitor progress and mitigate delays.
• Track budget variances, review change orders, and provide earned value updates.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and risks early in design and planning.
