We are seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee bid creation, project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of construction project from bid creation to implementation
2. Allocate resources for assigned projects
3. Coordinate with onsite personnel and subcontractors
4. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
5. Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
6. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
