• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; keyboarding.
• Preferred: project management software and advanced estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specs, and scopes to develop precise cost estimates for a range of construction projects.
• Calculate and analyze material, labor, and subcontractor costs with market trends in mind.
• Prepare detailed, competitive bids and present proposals to clients.
• Foster and maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for future projects.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth transitions and successful handoffs.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
