Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in construction estimating with focus on hardscape or commercial projects.
• Proven track record managing $20 million to $40 million annually in construction estimating.
• Strong grasp of construction methods, materials, and processes.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities to manage project details efficiently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and admin work.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work well in a team.
• Experience with project management software and advanced estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Project analysis: review plans, specs and scopes to develop precise cost estimates.
• Material and labor costs: analyze material, labor and subcontractor expenses.
• Bid preparation: develop detailed, competitive bids and present proposals to clients.
• Client engagement: maintain relationships and identify opportunities for future projects.
• Project coordination: work with project managers for smooth handoffs.
• Customer service: address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
