You will prepare buildable estimates for projects including concrete flatwork, retaining walls, masonry, hardscape features, and site amenities, with potential focus areas depending on background.

Ideal candidates have estimating experience in hardscape/masonry or landscape construction, strong plan-reading and takeoff skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Estimating experience in hardscape/masonry or landscape construction.
• Strong plan-reading and takeoff skills.
• Familiarity with labor production rates, materials, and construction sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing plans and specifications and performing detailed quantity takeoffs.
• Estimating labor‑driven, self‑perform scopes and coordinating subcontractor pricing as needed.
• Preparing competitive bids and supporting preconstruction efforts (Working closely with operations to ensure estimates align with field execution).
