• Review drawings, specs, and contract docs to identify scope and risks.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, project managers, engineers, and procurement to assemble bid packages.
• Analyze market trends, vendor pricing, and historical data to inform estimates and risk.
• Support estimate reviews with clear qualifications and assumptions.
