Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares detailed and accurate project cost estimates from concept through final pricing.
• Extracts production data for planning and scope alignment across teams.
• Reviews drawings, specs and contracts to identify scope, risks and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinates with Precon, project managers, engineers and procurement to assemble bid packages.
• Analyzes market trends and vendor pricing to inform estimates and risk assessments.
• Contributes to value engineering by proposing cost-effective materials or methods.
