Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 4–6 years of estimating or cost analysis experience.
• Experience reviewing drawings and contract documents for scope and risks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for moderately complex projects.
• Extract production data to support planning and integration.
• Review drawings, specs, and contracts to identify scope, risks and savings.
• Coordinate with precon coordinators, PMs, engineers, and procurement to assemble bid packages.
• Analyze market trends, vendor pricing, and history data for estimates.
• Contribute to value engineering by proposing alternative materials or methods.
• Support estimate reviews by organizing assumptions and clarifications.
