Job Title: Commercial Construction Estimator

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator responsible for estimating projects across various industries, including industrial, office, education, and healthcare. Projects range from $10,000 to $20 million. The estimator will support the design/build manager by providing estimates for schematic, design development, and permit-level drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate budgets during all project phases, from conceptual to construction documents.
• Prepare hard bid and competitive estimates for plan and specification projects.
• Assist the service department with estimates on smaller projects with line-item budgets.
• Conduct value engineering analysis.
• Manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
• Present estimates and budgets to clients, with supporting documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with designers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
