Performance Mechanical Group, a leading mechanical HVAC contractor in the Puget Sound area, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering accurate cost estimates and contributing to high-quality projects, we want to hear from you!

Job Title: Construction Estimator
Location: Kent, WA
Pay Range: $37 - $45 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with overtime as needed

Position Summary:

As a Construction Estimator at Performance Mechanical Group, you will be responsible for creating detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and subcontractor services, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience; estimating experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret detailed information and make sound judgments.
• Strong communication skills for preparing and presenting proposals.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• A proactive approach to identifying cost-saving opportunities.
