Role Description

We are looking for a team player that is ready to grow with us. This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for performing quantity take-offs, managing costs, and preparing and submitting accurate construction estimates. Daily tasks will include analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates. The role also involves coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and maintaining clear and effective communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
• Expertise in Cost Management and Budgeting
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with estimating software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in estimating for commercial construction projects is advantageous
