Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator for commercial interiors in the Charleston region. The role focuses on preconstruction activities, with a base salary of $95,000 to $120,000 per year and a path to grow with the company.

Location is North Charleston, SC, and the firm specializes in restaurant, light industrial, higher education, medical and retail sectors. The candidate will join a supportive team and contribute to multi-project bids.

Construction Estimator (Commercial Interiors)

Location: North Charleston, SC

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per annum base

Small to mid-sized General Contractor specializing in commercial interiors across the Charleston region. Delivering projects within the restaurant, light industrial, higher education, medical and retail sectors and have built a strong reputation for quality and repeat business.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Construction Estimator to their preconstruction team. The company has ambitious plans to triple in size over the coming years, making this an excellent opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its growth and play a key role in its future success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing project drawings, plans and specifications
• Preparing scopes of work within the estimating system
• Completing quantity take-offs
• Soliciting and evaluating subcontractor and vendor quotations
• Compiling and packaging final bid proposals and estimates

Requirements
