We are seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our projects, as you will be responsible for preparing accurate, detailed bids for commercial construction projects across North and South Carolina.

Our work includes multi-family, hotel, religious, medical office, and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Review paper and digital drawings to analyze scope requirements and prepare detailed bids.
• Build strong relationships with General Contractors (GCs) and manage the bid/quote process.
• Conduct construction site visits when necessary to ensure accurate estimating.
• Prepare complete bid submissions, from drawing receipt through final deliverables.
• Work within company guidelines for labor and material costs to maximize project profitability.

Requirements:
