Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA in Raleigh, NC seeks a Commercial Construction Estimator to join the preconstruction team. The role supports healthcare, education, government and municipal projects across the Triangle, with exposure to CMAR and Design-Build delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years estimating experience with a GC, proficient in Procore, Sage, and On-Screen Takeoff, and a stable career history. The position offers a strong pipeline of local work, competitive base salary, a company

Qualifications

• 1-5 years' experience in estimating or preconstruction with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Experience estimating CMAR and/or Design-Build commercial construction projects.
• Experience working on K-12, Higher Education, Government and/or Healthcare projects.
• Experience using Procore, Sage Accounting, and On-Screen Takeoff preferred.
• Stable employment history demonstrating career progression.
• Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, family-oriented environment.

Commercial Construction Estimator

Location: Raleigh, NC

Salary: $85,000-$125,000 base

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000-$125,000 base salary (DOE)

Requirements
