Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Construction Estimator.
• Experience preparing estimates for healthcare, hospitals, education, schools, commercial and government projects.
• Strong knowledge of materials, processes and equipment.
• Proficient in cost estimation and project management software.
• Excellent data analysis, interpretation of plans and reporting.

This is a permanent role where you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for various construction projects, including but not limited to healthcare facilities, hospitals, higher education institutions, schools, commercial buildings, and government construction projects at both federal and state levels. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate project estimation and budgeting. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in a similar role.
