Qualifications

• Hands-on experience repairing compact construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, telehandlers).

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Handle routine maintenance to keep rental fleet ready to work.
• Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot efficiently.
• Keep accurate repair records and manage work orders.
• Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.
