Leppo Rents in Dothan, AL is hiring Technicians/Mechanics of all experience levels for our local shop. If you know skid steers, mini excavators, telehandlers, and related equipment, this role fits you.

You will diagnose, repair, and service a rental fleet, use computer diagnostics, keep detailed records, and mentor teammates. Join a team that values quality, growth, and being the trusted partner customers rely on.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Handle routine maintenance to keep rental fleet ready to work.
• Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot efficiently.
• Keep accurate repair records and manage work orders.
• Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.
