MacAllister Machinery in Flint, MI is seeking a skilled sales professional to drive the Caterpillar equipment pull strategy across our retail network. This role focuses on developing relationships with existing and new clients for BCP, Used Equipment, and Work Tools, including pricing, financing options, and solutions.

You will coordinate with HE Sales Development Manager, the CCE Sales Manager, and the Rental Services Branch Manager to meet sales objectives, manage databases, and prepare

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in construction equipment sales.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar products.
• Occasional travel 0–25%.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the company to a customer base within an assigned geographic area, including existing and new clients.
• Handle inquiries related to BCP, Used, or Work Tool equipment; present pricing, financing options, and solutions; close sales or transfer leads.
• Maintain customer databases, fleet information, and proactive communications of offers via phone, email, and other means.
• Work with sales leadership to set budgets and objectives; balance market share with profit.
• Meet assigned sales objectives; maintain an accurate account database and machine population.
• Provide quotes and back-up for all BCP, Used, and Work Tools activity within the territory; collaborate with sales/service staff to hit goals.
• Conduct demonstrations at stores and ensure timely completion of documentation and reporting requirements.
