Job summary

Carolina CAT is seeking a Rental Sales Rep in Greensboro, NC to increase profitable rental revenue by cold-calling and managing rental leads. You will collaborate with rental coordinators and sales reps to deliver tailored solutions and grow relationships with customers.

The role requires a minimum of one year in outside sales (construction equipment preferred), strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• One year of outside sales experience, preferably with construction equipment or related equipment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong planning, problem solving, and negotiation skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Increase rental revenue by cold-calling and generating rental leads for new and existing customers.
• Work with rental coordinators and sales reps to develop solutions for customers and deliver value.
• Develop relationships to increase rental revenue, market share, and active accounts.
