The program runs May–August 2027, with opportunities to learn software tools, gain exposure to crane sourcing, and collaborate with diverse teammates while contributing meaningfully from day one.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate, four-year degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Management – planning and procurement of equipment used during construction, including rentals, logistics, and billing.
• System/Software management – exposure to software used to manage equipment and rentals.
• Procurement – assist with receiving support, contract documents, and consumables.
• Exposure to crane selection and sourcing, including sizing, rental options, and bids.
• Exposure to equipment facility and construction field operations.
