Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking an Equipment Specialist - Construction to manage field equipment throughout project lifecycles. You will coordinate planning, purchasing, tracking, maintenance, and demobilization to maximize uptime and cost efficiency on diverse projects.

The role requires at least five years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of construction equipment, and proficiency with SiteSense and other tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills are essential.
• Proficiency with equipment management software and tracking tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Source and order equipment and materials.
• Check equipment in and out and maintain accurate tracking.
• Assist with inventories, audits and site paperwork.
• Submit service requests and follow up.
• Support SiteSense usage and compliance on site.
• Coordinate planning, ordering and tracking post data uploads.
• Generate rental requisitions and manage third‑party rentals.
• Oversee maintenance scheduling and cost reporting.
