The University at Albany is seeking a Construction Equipment Operator to manage various equipment for campus maintenance. This role requires a valid NYS driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks. The position offers a structured work schedule and is contingent upon successful drug testing.

Minimum Requirements:
Appointment contingent upon successful pre-employment drug testing mandated by OTETA. Employment cannot start until testing is complete. The university will conduct ongoing drug and alcohol testing during employment.
Ability to operate backhoes, front-end loaders, skid steers, wing plows, street sweepers/storm sewer machines, and other vehicles used in campus maintenance. Ability to perform physical tasks, follow instructions, and work scheduled or unscheduled overtime, including shift changes for snow removal. Valid NYS Commercial Driver's License Class B or higher required.
