Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a Student Intern to support construction and engineering projects in Sugar Grove, Ohio. You'll assist with site visits, cost estimating, and project documentation, gaining exposure to planning, contractor coordination and safety processes.

Work term May 2027 to August 2027, with a hybrid office/field model. Applicants should be enrolled in an Engineering or Construction-related degree and able to work full-time for the term, returning to studies afterward.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Engineering or Construction-related degree program.
• Has completed at least one academic term before May 2027 start date.
• Returning to full-time studies after the term; available for 40 hours/week.
• Interest in construction site observation, cost estimating and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction site visits, observations and inspections.
• Support cost estimating, subcontractor bid solicitation and bid analysis.
• Prepare progress reports, RFIs and project documentation.
• Collaborate with planners, engineers and project coordinators on ongoing projects.
• Engage in professional development sessions and leadership exposure.
