TYLin is seeking a Construction Engineer for NYCHA projects as part of its Construction Management team, with a start date in January 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field with 2+ years of construction/office engineer experience.
• Experience with NYCHA or similar agency preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

• Experience collaborating in a diverse, inclusive team toward technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and working with inspectors for field reviews, data collection and analysis, studies and forecasting.
• Collect and manage data for engineering or construction work such as to perform quantity take-offs for development of engineering estimate.
• Prepare project data for schedules, assist in preparing schedules and budgets in order to monitor progress reports.
• Assist in change orders negotiations with contractors.
• Review contractor invoicing to verify quantities and enter contractor invoices into Client’s online system.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
