Job summary

TYLin in New York is seeking a Construction Engineer for NYCHA projects, with the project set to begin January 2027. You will coordinate field reviews with inspectors, collect and analyze data, and prepare schedules and budgets to monitor progress.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Coordinating and working with inspectors for field reviews, data collection and analysis, studies and forecasting.
Collect and manage data for engineering or construction work such as to perform quantity take-offs for development of engineering estimate.
Prepare project data for schedules, assist in preparing schedules and budgets in order to monitor progress reports.
Assist in change orders negotiations with contractors.
Review contractor invoicing to verify quantities and enter contractor invoices into Client's online system.
