TYLin is seeking a Construction Engineer to support NYCHA projects in New York. The role focuses on field coordination, data collection, and cost estimation to monitor progress and support schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

Coordinating and working with inspectors for field reviews, data collection and analysis, studies and forecasting.
Collect and manage data for engineering or construction work to perform quantity take-offs for estimates.
Prepare project data for schedules, assist in preparing schedules and budgets to monitor progress.
Assist in change orders negotiations with contractors.
Review contractor invoicing to verify quantities and enter invoices into the client system.
