Job summary

TMG Construction Corporation is seeking a Construction Engineer I to support project management and field operations across commercial and institutional projects. The role develops construction process understanding and management skills for career growth.

You will assist with estimating, scheduling, shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, changes, and project controls while coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors. Training is provided to advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Construction Management or 3 years related experience.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) or Associate Constructor (AC) in good standing is required.
• Ability to travel to multiple job sites within a designated area.

Responsibilities

• Support project management and field operations through all project phases.
• Create and maintain project controls (RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change logs).
• Assist in estimating, scheduling, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop and review technical drawings and layout plans using CAD.
• Assist in contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
