Qualifications

• 3+ years in mortgage warehouse lending or related draws.
• Skilled in reviewing 1003s, appraisals, disclosures, draw requests, inspections.
• Ability to validate inspection percent complete and reconcile amounts.
• Strong documentation review and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review initial construction packages.
• Ensure required documentation is obtained for each draw request.
• Work directly with clients to resolve documentation or funding issues.
• Collect and assess inspection/progress photos; reconcile funded-to-date.
• Calculate eligible advances for each construction draw.
• Monitor documentation gaps and escalate to PM and RM.
• Partner with PMs, RMs, Operations and clients' funding teams to resolve gaps.
• Contribute to procedure updates and control enhancements.
