Job summary

Elevate Digital seeks a Division Manager to lead our Arizona operations (Phoenix/Tempe) with responsibility for overall direction and P&L for the division. The role requires establishing objectives, policies, and standards while supervising staff and coordinating with Project Managers to ensure profitable project delivery.

The candidate will develop and execute an annual business plan, manage a division budget, and maintain strong cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates record of successful project management in complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Establish division objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Plan, staff, and supervise all division activities including personnel administration and performance management.
• Create an annual business plan with a unit budget aligned to revenue and profitability goals.
• Ensure positive cash-flow position for the division.
• Monitor project status and coordinate with Project Managers for profitable outcomes.
• Interface with finance on revenue recognition and cost at completion.
