• 7+ years accounting/finance experience.
• Strong construction background required.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and finance functions for a project-driven organization.
• Oversee financial statements, management reports, and project cost tracking.
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, billing, receivables, payables, and project accounting.
• Ensure strong internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee monthly/annual close, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Collaborate with operations on cost variances, margin changes and profitability.
