Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-year degree or trucking experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Order and delivery permits for each day’s deliveries.
• Arrange escorts/flag cars when needed.
• Research and select flag car companies if needed out of state.
• Record service disruptions, time, and actions taken.
• Plan drivers to be most efficient and cost-effective for Metromont.
• Send load requirements to third party haulers.
• Monitor loads to ensure on-time delivery.
