Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for rental trucking companies and drivers.
• Collect truck numbers, driver names, phone numbers, and other required information.
• Provide job locations, pit information, map pins, start times, schedule changes, and payroll requirements.
• Enter and maintain trucks, drivers, and assignments in dispatch and telematics systems.
• Maintain the dispatch list with additions, removals, reassignments, and start-time changes.
• Coordinate tracking setup and resolve app/login/tracking issues before trucks begin work.
• Communicate schedule changes and important job information to rental companies and drivers.
